IN SERVICE OF OTHERS

UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE

I bring a unique blend of real-world experience, theory, and practice to my coaching:

CONSULTING

BACKGROUND

I bring 10+ years of experience in consulting leadership roles at a global technology company, where I advised Fortune 500 clients.

This has given me deep insight into organizational dynamics and the challenges and opportunities they present.

EDUCATION &

TRAINING

I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and an Executive Coaching Certification, both from Columbia University.

This academic foundation shapes my approach to change and development and equips me with proven tools to facilitate meaningful growth in others.

PERSONAL

JOURNEY

I have personally navigated career transitions and periods of growth, deepening my understanding of change.

This allows me to empathize with the deeply personal experience of moving between questioning & understanding, reflection & action.

A ROCKET SHIP IN TECH

My decade-long career in tech consulting was a thrilling ascent. I joined a startup that grew from 200 to over 5,000 employees.  Along the way, I advanced from entry-level consultant to leading a 40-person practice while gaining global experience working across North America, Asia, and Europe.

This journey honed my

leadership abilities and organization acumen—

skills I draw on daily as a coach.

THE PIVOT

By the end of that chapter, I found myself disoriented—caught up in the demands of my career and feeling disconnected from my sense of purpose.

I started questioning whether I was on the right path.

The answer wasn’t a simple yes or no—it was more unsettling than that.

I didn’t even know where to begin.

REDISCOVERING

PURPOSE

I took a leap of faith, leaving my job to pursue a master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University while also training to become an executive coach through Columbia’s prestigious certification program. This journey wasn't just about education—it was a profoundly fulfilling path of self-discovery and personal growth.

My education and training gave me

a deeper understanding of how change happens—

both for individuals and the larger systems they’re part of.
